Colin is an Assistant Professor in Geography and Geology with experience in peatland restoration, contaminant transport and ecohydrology. He is extensively published in peatland hydrology and metal contamination, with over 20 peer-reviewed publications.
Mike Waddington

Mike is a Professor and Canadian Research Chair in Ecohydrology. He is an expert in peatland ecohydrology, wetland restoration and peat wildfire dynamics. he is the PI of the Boreal Water Futures project within the Global Water Futures initiative.
Nathan Basiliko

Nathan is a Professor and Canadian Research Chair in Environmental Microbiology with expertise in microbial carbon and pollutant cycling in peatlands. He was a PI on a NSERC project characterising peatland metal contamination at the Sudbury metal smelting centre.
John Gunn

John holds the Tier I Canada Research Chair in Stressed Aquatic Systems and is the founding Director of the Vale Living with lakes Centre. He has worked on environmental remediation in the Sudbury mining area for over 40 years.

Ken is a Senior Lecturer in Biological Sciences with expertise in terrestrial carbon cycling, specifically in peatland and forest ecosystems. He is a PI on the SFI funded TerrainAI and PI on the IEPA funded ‘Analysis of terrestrial methane emissions and impacts of peatland restoration in Ireland’s carbon cycle’.
